TEST - Program Coordinator

Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry - Medical Microbiology and Immunology Dept - Reporting to Dr. Matthias Gotte, Professor in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology (MMI) and Director of Striving for Pandemic Preparedness - The Alberta Research Consortium (SPP-ARC), the Government of Alberta awarded the University of Alberta a $55.1 M grant to develop a pandemic preparedness program. With this grant, scientists at the University of Alberta are building capacity in this area and founded SPP-ARC: Striving for Pandemic Preparedness - The Alberta Research Consortium. The Program Coordinator position will provide administrative and program support to the Director and SPP-ARC's research program. The position is responsible for supporting the various initiatives of the program, which includes organizing regular committee meetings, communicating with members, event planning, providing assistance with grant writing activities, progress monitoring and reporting.
